Katie did an amazing job and went above and beyond what many realtors would do. I was not local to the house I was selling and Katie went out of her way to make trips there to keep an eye on my property. She took care of an issues that arose, even calling and scheduling services that my property required which she most certainly did not have to do. She would be on the property when needed for those services and double checked the work done. She was very prompt in responding to any calls or text messages and kept me well-informed of everything. I highly recommend her.

Katie has the ability to know what you expect in a property by doing the one thing other realtors forget. She LISTENS while others are talking. There is no fear to continue on the search after a listing disappoints as they all sometimes do. Katie also has empathy for the bones of a house and is not easily swayed by apparent deficiencies which are superficial and is not awed by pluses that don't add value. Katie realizes that the buyer is looking for a home that has already served an owner and will give the buyer security as a future purchase. These are the things that working with someone reveals and will result in you loving your home, not just finding a house.
